A deployed API works proper if I run it manually, but if I trigger it just opening the Url <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="link" href="https://untitled-carousel.apps.tower.dev/health">https://untitled-carousel.apps.tower.dev/health</a> It just stays on the tower loading page. Why is that? My app is a simple python FastAPI served with uvicorn
